Me my girls , mom , and mother in law got our hair and make up done for my wedding and had an amazing experience. Liz and her girls truly made it such an amazing day for all of us. Such a beautiful place & atmosphere .. I wish we could just do it all again! Liz made a beautiful video of all of us getting ready and she even helped us out with some Tik Toks & pictures! Which I appreciate sooo much. Video she made is breath taking and i forever have that to look back on. Our hair and make up were absolutely perfect. Highly recommend you won’t be disappointed. Huge shout out to all of the girls who made us look and feel beautiful on my wedding day :)

Coming from NYC, when my husband and I started planning our Buffalo wedding, I relied heavily on social media to find a hair stylist/make up artist for my bridal look and also my bridesmaids, mom, and mother-in-law.

I’ve had my make up done for a friend’s wedding once and I hated how I didn’t look myself, it was way too glammed up. Looking at Salon Elizabeth’s Instagram account their style of makeup is very minimal, using make up to highlight everyone’s best features. I communicated trials and other bookings directly with Elizabeth via email, and it couldn’t have been easier!

I scheduled my trial makeup/hair with Mallory and absolutely LOVED my look. I brought a couple of inspo pics and she was able to replicate with ease. For my wedding day, I chose to get ready at the salon since the interior was absolutely beautiful, you got nice comfy chairs to get beautified in, and it’s much more spacious than a hotel room!

After I got my hair and make up done, Mallory provided me a cute to-go bag with oil blotting sheets, hairspray, and a bit of the lipstick color she used on me. I’m a crier so I asked if the makeup will hold - Mallory said all the mascara/eyeliner are waterproof and the setting spray she uses are what synchronized swimmers use.

As expected, I bawled during my ceremony and can confirm my make up did not budge one bit.

Lizzy saved me on my wedding day big time! I had a horrible hair trial with another company and Salon Elizabeth was able to squeeze me in for a trial and on the day of my wedding. As soon as I went in for my trial I knew I made the right choice, her salon is really aesthetically pleasing, lots of small touches that show the thought put into the salon, also she absolutely aced my hair. She gave me full vintage volume curls and put in extensions that lasted all night and then some. I would highly recommend Salon Elizabeth!

Liz and her team did an amazing job for our wedding in May 2022. Liz did both my hair and make up and her girls did my bridal party's hair and make up. My hair turned out even more perfect than my trial! Liz and her team helped me feel so beautiful on my wedding day and I'm so thankful! Her salon is also the cutest! Salon Elizabeth is a fantastic option for anyone getting married in the south towns. You can get ready there, but we opted to have the stylists come to my mom’s house where we were getting ready. The prices were on the higher side, sure, but they do both hair and makeup and don’t charge extra for things like lashes – which I needed so I didn’t look like a ghost! I had bridesmaids that wore makeup in their daily lives, as well as some with no experience with hair and makeup or whom had different gender identities. The stylists made them comfortable and put them at ease, and they all looked like themselves, just fancier for the special day. My hair and makeup was amazing – shout out to Mallory – and lasted the whole day even in 89 degree heat! If that doesn’t inspire confidence in you, dear reader, I don’t know what will. Even if you don’t book them for your wedding, get your hair done there because it’s an adorable salon.

Choosing Salon Elizabeth for our hair and makeup was one of the best decisions I made for our wedding day! The salon is beautiful and very comfortable to be in. Liz and her crew did a fantastic job with all five (bride, 2 maids, 2 moms) ladies hair and makeup! We all looked and felt gorgeous! Liz and her team at Salon Elizabeth did an amazing job making my bridesmaids and myself feel beautiful and confident on my wedding day! Liz was very easy to talk to and get a hold of before the big day to talk potential hair and make up ideas and was open to trying anything I wanted. She is extremely profession and knows her craft as our hair and makeup spoke for itself! The makeup was beautiful and lasted all night and looked beautiful throughout!
